Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy:

1.1. Order Cancellation by Customer: Customers can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our customer support team at glandsdoc@gmail.com. If the cancellation request is received within this time frame, a full refund will be issued.

1.2. Order Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel an order for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, pricing errors, or fraudulent activity. If your order is canceled, you will be notified, and a full refund will be processed.

2. Refund Policy:

2.1. Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be issued for eligible products returned within 10 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

 

2.3. Refund Process: To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at glandsdoc@gmail.com. Provide your order number and a detailed reason for the refund request. Once the return is approved, instructions for returning the product will be provided.

2.4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.

2.5. Refund Timeframe: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive the returned product. The time it takes for the refund to be reflected in your account may vary based on your payment method and financial institution.
